meal plan Monday – Three Day Week
I am feeling very thankful to be looking forward to a nice turkey meal on Thursday (plus all of the wonderful sides) – AND leftovers on Friday. Because of the coming holiday, I will only be listing 3 meals for this week’s meal plan Monday.
The recipes I’ve chosen for the week keep up with the healthy, low carb vibe that we have been working to maintain during the month of November. I must be craving Italian, to tell you the truth, because everything that looked mouth-wateringly yummy was loaded with cheese, tomatoes, and garlic!
I hope you enjoy this week’s version of meal plan Monday – and that your Thanksgiving Holiday celebration is filled with love and good food.
