Inspire, Educate, and Achieve
Shifting the way you look at things really makes a difference in achieving your goals. Furthermore, becoming exposed to positive messages and reading how others attain their goals inspire us to break out of our comfort zones.
Half-way through my 40 by 40 Challenge, I reached yet another milestone. I was able to create an exercise routine as well as establish a healthier menu- both have become a standards rather than chores.
How I Made the Change
I was able to make a change with the support and encouragement of my wife, and by learning some valuable tips from reading theses inspiring and creative blogs:
- Healthy Lunch Ideas - from Life Half Crunched
- Meal Plan Monday #37 - again, from Life Half Crunched
- Dream Big - from See You…Be You! Life Coaching
Moving Forward
Achieving your goals can seem intimidating at first, but don’t let that stop you from striving for success. Do what I did and draw inspiration from everything around you. For me, that means becoming:
- More optimistic
- Inspired by others
- Inspiring to others
- More educated and sharing that knowledge with others
My Challenge to You
Take time to observe your surroundings. Look around with an open mind and take in what the world has to offer. Read about other people’s successes and what they are doing to reach their goals. Take time to acknowledge the achievements of others and offer encouragement to them. And last but not least, believe in what you are doing. You are the only thing stopping yourself from becoming whatever you wish to be!
